At Clo Ame UK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That means that if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) with us.

How Do Exchanges Work?

If you would like a different size or colour item(s), please do contact us by e-mail or by Instagram before returning your item so we can check availability for you & hopefully arrange an exchange. 

Return Eligibility

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Once your return request has been approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Be returned in their original packaging.

  • Have all original tags attached.

All returned items will be inspected by us upon arrival. Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty/Damaged Item(s)

We do quality check all of our orders before they’re sent out to you but on the rare occasion you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please do contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue. 

We will work tirelessly with you to resolve the issue.

Is There Anything I Can’t Return?

Yes, for hygiene reasons certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Any non-returnable products will be clearly stated on the product page, these include briefs, boxer shorts & bra’s.

How Long Does My Refund Take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days to your original payment method. 

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
